A different way to improve

A lesson may have fixed today's problem.
Coaching helps you avoid tomorrow's.

Why golfers stay stuck

Does this sound familiar?

You've had lessons before.

You've watched countless YouTube videos.

You've tried tips from friends.

You've bought training aids.

You've searched for answers after another frustrating round.

For a while, something clicks.

Then the old shots return.

So you start searching again.

Not because you aren't trying.

Because it's hard to see the bigger picture.

The real issue

Your biggest problem probably isn't your golf swing.

I will help you understand what really needs to change — and stay with you long enough to make sure it does.

The RC Golf Coaching System

A joined-up approach to improving your golf.

The RC Golf Coaching System is a simple, ongoing process designed to help you understand your golf, know what to work on, practise with purpose and keep moving forwards — without constantly starting again with another lesson.

A lesson is an event. The RC Golf Coaching System is a process. Everything we do fits into the bigger picture of your game and what you are trying to achieve.

Understand your golf
See the bigger picture and identify what is really holding you back.
Build a clear plan
Know what matters now, what can wait and what the next step should be.
Practise with purpose
Work on the right things instead of collecting more tips, drills and swing thoughts.
Review and adjust
Learn from what happens, measure progress and keep the plan moving forwards.
Why I coach the way I coach

Most golfers don't need more information.

Golf isn't difficult because there's a lack of information. If anything, there's too much.

Another video. Another swing thought. Another opinion. Another thing to fix.

What most golfers really need is clarity — an understanding of what matters for their golf, right now.

My role isn't simply to improve your swing. It's to help you understand your golf, build confidence and guide your improvement over time.

And coaching does not always mean standing on the range with me. The right kind of coaching depends on what you need at that moment.

An in-person coaching session.
When there is something specific we need to assess, learn or change together.
A swing or video review.
When I can see what is happening and give you clear feedback without another visit.
A quick phone or video call.
When you need perspective, reassurance or a clear next step.
A practice plan.
So your effort has purpose rather than becoming another guessing game.
An on-course session.
When the real issue is how you play, think, score or make decisions on the golf course.
Sometimes, changing nothing.
Because good coaching is not about constantly rebuilding your swing.
The difference

Improvement doesn't happen one lesson at a time. It's an ongoing process.

Making a change is only the beginning. What happens afterwards determines whether that change becomes part of your golf.

The RC Golf Coaching System

Once we know what matters, the coaching continues.

Understanding your golf and building the plan is only the beginning.

From there, I stay involved — helping you practise with purpose, review what is happening, answer questions, make sense of changes and adjust the plan as your golf develops.

The RC Golf Coaching System keeps that process joined up. For just £40 per month, I remain involved in your golf — reviewing, guiding, adapting and recommending additional Coaching Services only when they will genuinely add value.

Every coaching relationship starts with a conversation.

We talk about your golf, where you are now, what you're trying to achieve, what's frustrating you and what you actually need.

Then I explain how I believe I can help.

Your coach in your corner

Ongoing support without the cost of endless lessons.

By this point, the idea is simple: you are not paying for another isolated appointment. You are paying for continuity — a coach who knows your game, keeps the plan moving and helps you make better decisions along the way.

Ongoing support, not isolated appointments

You're not paying for golf tips. You're investing in having a golf coach in your corner — and a system that keeps your improvement moving.
